Yes. It does not matter where the computer came from, a store in town or a box that arrived by courier and is still taped shut. Leave it unopened if you like. We open it, set it up and move your old files across at your place.

What happens to my old computer?

It stays yours. Once everything is across and you have seen it working, we can wipe the old machine so your files and saved logins are not left on it before it is sold or passed on. If someone else in the house still uses it, we leave it alone.

Will my email still work?

In almost every case, yes. We set your email back up in Outlook or in the browser, bring across contacts and folders where the account allows it, and send a test message before we leave. If the password is long gone, we help you reset it with the provider.

Can you show me how to use it?

That is part of the visit. Windows moves things around between versions, so we walk you through where your files now live, how to find your photos, how to print and how to get back in if you forget your sign-in. Ask as many questions as you like.

Do you come out to my suburb?

We are mobile around Toowoomba and the nearby towns, so the setup happens at your kitchen table or your office desk rather than in a workshop. Check the areas we come to, and if you are not sure your address is covered, just ask when you book.
