Help for pop-ups, scam phone calls, ransomware and hacked email accounts. We clean the machine, secure the accounts and set things up so it is less likely to happen again.
Data recovery and backups
Attempted recovery of lost photos, documents and files from failing drives, plus setting up a backup so it does not happen twice. We are honest about what can and cannot be recovered before any cost.
New computer setup and file transfer

- What if it cannot be fixed at my place?
- Some repairs need parts ordered or bench time. If that is the case we say so during the visit, explain the options in plain words, and let you decide. You are never handed a surprise at the end.
- Will my photos and files be safe?
